Purchase of 2017 Honda Pilot We had one of our other cars in for service and decided to look at the 2017 Honda Pilot. We were greeted professionally by Jim MacDonald who showed u We had one of our other cars in for service and decided to look at the 2017 Honda Pilot. We were greeted professionally by Jim MacDonald who showed us the Touring model, which we were interested in. We came back the next week with our other car for service and sat down with Jim MacDonald and talked numbers. He was very professional and was genuinely interested in getting the car we wanted and the color we wanted. We also asked about the 2018 Honda Odyssey but was told that it was not coming out until June and in all probability the cost would have a premium added to it. We then decided to purchase the Pilot. We also given a very fair price for the trade-in of our 2011 Honda Odyssey. He said we could order it and have by the end of the month, but he did some magic and the car, in our color, was delivered to the dealership within 2 days. This is the third Honda we have bought from this dealer and would be very hard pressed to choose another. More

Because I hadn't called for an appointment ahead of time, I certainly didn't expect to get my car back clean and shiny. But, it is sparkling inside and out when they brought it to me!
