As a result of my past experience, I went back to Lucas and purchased the 2019 CR-V Touring vehicle. Lucas' staff truly focused on the care of their clients and their needs. Fair CR-V pricing, Preferred Protection Plan, Extended Maintenance Plan, Loss Protection and Auto Armor set me up for virtually service free expense for the next several years. Car never acts up at the dealership Went for an unscheduled visit due to intermittent problem with starting. My new car (15,000 miles) had issues starting over the weekend so went at 8:1 Went for an unscheduled visit due to intermittent problem with starting. Fortunately the issue was minor and was able to retrieve by end of day. Bad cell in the battery. Glad it was a quick fix. More
