Advisor was great. The only problem was the wait time. I did expect with an appointment to take 2 hour to do an oil change and transmission. Also they forgot to reset to oil life back to 100%. I had a 1st time experience at this dealership today. When I arrived, I opened the conversation with asking them to run my credit and see their numbers to purchase a CRV Touring AWD. I know I'm today. When I arrived, I opened the conversation with asking them to run my credit and see their numbers to purchase a CRV Touring AWD. I know I'm a well qualified buyer and am going to purchase this week but when I would not commit to them earning my business today in the first 30 seconds of conversion without even seeing the numbers and me telling them I had one other dealership to visit, they flat out told me they will not run the numbers and they want their dealership to be my last stop. I was astonished that a dealership would not want to even try and earn my business, if the numbers were better than the ones I already received from other dealerships I would have committed. Sorry to see a dealership take this kind of stance, very disappointing. More
