This visit was much better than previous visits. . If I didn’t already have prepaid my service, I wouldn’t bring my car here. I decided to try Lucas Honda after receiving a mailer from them (I believe it came via my HondaLink). At first I wasn’t sure I was going to have a good experience, but then John approached to help me from them (I believe it came via my HondaLink). At first I wasn’t sure I was going to have a good experience, but then John approached to help me with my car. He’s extremely polite and straightforward. Tony drove me to/from the dealership and he was great as well. He knew I had to get back to work for a conference call and thought ahead to call the dealership to let them know when we were around the corner so they could have my paperwork ready. Thanks to him, I was in and out in 5 min and back within 10 minutes of my call. John and Tony really made this a good experience for me. I usually take my car to an Acura dealership since that’s where I bought it and I got good service, so I didn’t mind paying more. But now I’ll be bringing it to Lucas Honda. Also, after my service at Lucas Honda my car drives extremely smooth - it’s like it’s a brand new car again and the new brakes they installed are really nice. I didn’t think I’d be able to tell a difference with the brakes really, but I can. More
