So, I had written a 4-star review for this dealership in regards to my experience with my salesperson, Nick, and I truly hate to downgrade a review, but let me tell you, if I could give a negative rating, I regards to my experience with my salesperson, Nick, and I truly hate to downgrade a review, but let me tell you, if I could give a negative rating, I would. Never have I been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by a company I was going to be handing over thousands of dollars. The car I purchased wasn't on site, but I was told it would be there "later that day or tomorrow at the latest". (This was on Friday). Monday I called early afternoon and was told it wasn't in yet, but should be there later, or at the latest "tomorrow". Again, no car on Tuesday, no call on Tuesday. I was the one having to reach out on Monday as well. To me, a lack of total communication is unacceptable when it comes to business dealings. Tuesday mid-morning I decided to just cancel the purchase altogether. I tried to call the sales department - no answer. I called the cell number of my specific salesperson - no answer. I called back and was told I'd have to speak to a RIcky. In the meantime someone else picked up the phone and I explained that I no longer wished to purchase the car due to lack of communication (and lack of actual car!). They reiterated I needed to speak to Ricky and they would have him call me. I received a call back from Ricky, who was the most horrid person I have ever dealt with at a professional level. He screamed, literally screamed, through the phone that he was glad I was cancelling the car, that they could sell it for a lot more now, that I was screaming at his employees (untrue - I am not unprofessional and have never raised my voice to anyone at the dealership). He was yelling so much I could not get a word in edgewise. I told him I was an adult and would not be screamed at and that just seemed to make him angrier. He finally just hung up the phone. Unfortunately I do believe wholeheartedly if I had been a man this would have never happened. For some reason this man felt it appropriate to belittle me, scream at me, and then hang up on me. I can assure you I will be telling everyone I know about this dealership and discouraging business with them. So incredibly unprofessional, no matter the circumstances. I was shaking so badly when I got off the phone I literally didn't stop for almost 30 minutes. More

Of the 10 automotive purchases I have made in my lifetime, this was by far the fastest and easiest. Joshua was very knowledgeable and was wonderful to work with. Big mistake by any salesman, letting a customer walk away, because they're not willing to work with the customer on the price.
