Mostly worked with Scott who was extremely professional and he followed through service of the car to the completion. Worked with Anna for a short time and she had already left when service was complete and I was checking out. I did not work with a David Lange, whose name is listed below. I bought my 2005 Honda at Lucas (believe actually bought in 2004 when first came out), and I have always relied on their excellence since then, and they have always come through with that excellence.
