I know you're a dealership and this is my first time with a new car and going to a dealership for maintenance, but I was a little disappointed in the way things were communicated to me. Every other place I h a new car and going to a dealership for maintenance, but I was a little disappointed in the way things were communicated to me. Every other place I have ever been would come and tell me such things as... We rotated the tires and did a 23 point check and everything is ok... And so on. All I got was, your done. Okay... Well I'm thinking, how was everything? Now, I know the car only has 11000 miles on it. But still, talk to me. It's not like I can see what you are doing in the back. Who knows, you could just be topping off the oil and reset the computer, wait a half hour and then come say you're done. I guess I am just use to better communication. I do have to say thank you to Bob for checking on how much my fee would be. being that it was MY first oil change it was free. I guess I shouldn't complain. More
