Horrible customer service from the reps in the service department. They indicated my vehicle was repaired after completing two repairs. After picking up my vehicle and spending $400 my vehicle broke down department. They indicated my vehicle was repaired after completing two repairs. I went in to update my mylink system and instead they break it charge me the first visit and order me a new one which I paid half for. Lucas Chevrolet did a great job on my air conditioner. Everything was good except the customer service in scheduling and picking up. I made an appointment and I was told I disnt have one then when my car was finished they gave me a half hour to get there scheduling and picking up.
