I went in to update my mylink system and instead they break it charge me the first visit and order me a new one which I paid half for. Once the new one was installed the original reason why I went in to break it charge me the first visit and order me a new one which I paid half for. Everything was good except the customer service in scheduling and picking up. I made an appointment and I was told I disnt have one then when my car was finished they gave me a half hour to get there scheduling and picking up.
