My husband and I have always enjoyed dealing with the dealership. We have bought three new cars in the last 10 years and I’ve always been very happy with everything Service salesman everybody’s been quit dealership. I live in Leisure Towne and for the last year have been getting coupons from another Chevrolet dealer for oil changes I have a 2019 Chevy which I did also Buy from the dealership. However in the past you’ve always been more than fair and we use the coupons from this other Chevy dealership but we’ve always brought our car in for service at your dealership and always bought a car from you. In fact the last time we were in for service on April 25, 2019 my husband decided that he wanted to trade his car in and get a new Chevy so having the service done at your dealership certainly is excellent. I also brought the car in for its oil change rotation of tires and of course it was done in an efficient excellent way however the service manager would not allow me to use the coupon and because I was there anyway I still had the car serviced but I did however go away with some hard feelings and I do think that you should honor coupons from other dealer ships of course Chevy General Motors dealerships weather you buy the car from you’re Chevrolet dealership or one 25 miles away from you as long as it is a general motors car automobile whatever. So I can’t give your dealership a Perfect Mark but again the service was excellent I was not disappointed in anything other than the fact that I could not use a coupon from a General motors dealership.
