I am very frustrated with my Chevy having a gross motor failure at 10,000 miles but that is not Lucas's fault. I was not told that there is a charge to use my credit card and a personal check until I went to pay. Was also told after I paid that I might have $$ in my GM Account. didn't know that existed and still card and a personal check until I went to pay. Was also told after I paid that I might have $$ in my GM Account. didn't know that existed and still don't know how much money if any is in it. I also called ahead to place an order for my defective fob being replaced but was not told ahead of time to bring the second one with me, thus unable to do that and will require another visit which I can't do for another few weeks. Very very upsetting and wrong !!! More

Did not like what happened to me and it’s not the dealers fault the radiator on this brand new Blazer had to be replace cause it set my Yellowstone trip back 3 days and I lost a lot of time and money. I asked for a free oil change for the inconvenience but denied. May go somewhere else closer to home next time. More
