I cannot begin to say how great my experience was. The entire staff treated me like family. The sales department employees were joking around with me and having a good time. My technician was super nice and explained to me everything I needed this trip and what was coming up in future trips. The receptionist was hilarious! The sales people and service writers were teasing her playfully and she just gave it right back to them. By far, my favorite employee I interacted with was the lot attendant, Sid. He is SO silly. He seems like a nice kid. The atmosphere is not that of people that drone through the day. I've been to other repair facilities in the past and they couldn't seem more miserable. Lucas Chevrolet was a GREAT time! More
