Although this time was fine, I have had 2 other poor experiences with Lucas. On one occasion, I paid for wiper blades, and they were never put on. I drove 20 miles home before realizing it. On another occasion I paid for tire rotation and tires were not rotated until I realized and returned to the dealership. Never once an apology. Ready to trade in vehicle but, since I've never gotten a response to these "Ratings". I seriously doubt my return to Lucas. More

I scheduled my truck the day before I wanted it serviced. The check in went sooth, in and out within 10 minutes.
