The maintenance department is the only part of this dealership that I have experience with. With that being said it has been a terrible experience. I had valve in my exhaust messed up so the replaced m dealership that I have experience with. With that being said it has been a terrible experience. I had valve in my exhaust messed up so the replaced my exhaust as it was under warranty. Immediately it had an exhaust leak after wards. I mentioned it multiple times after bringing it back but it was never fixed. The last time I was there I was getting my oil changed. When I get home I realized my hood is popped, it was never fully latched. Luckily it didn’t fly up or it could have been really bad. When I call the shop back the manager, Bob,said “oh that’s weird, that doesn’t usually happen” and that was it. Thank you Bob More
