I was not told that there is a charge to use my credit card and a personal check until I went to pay. Was also told after I paid that I might have $$ in my GM Account. didn't know that existed and still card and a personal check until I went to pay. Was also told after I paid that I might have $$ in my GM Account. didn't know that existed and still don't know how much money if any is in it. I also called ahead to place an order for my defective fob being replaced but was not told ahead of time to bring the second one with me, thus unable to do that and will require another visit which I can't do for another few weeks. Very very upsetting and wrong !!! More
