If I could give them less than one star I would. I bought a brand new $66,000 Silverado 2500 diesel, once in a lifetime truck for me. The infotainment system broke at 250 miles and brought it in for warranty a brand new $66,000 Silverado 2500 diesel, once in a lifetime truck for me. When I picked it up there was a gouge in the trim around the radio they replaced, the leather passenger seat had 17 deep creases and gouges in it where they put their tool box or something heavy and sharp and the icing on the cake was the dent in the passenger door! No respect for your hard earned money! Of course the service manager tried to deny responsibility for the seat and the dent and said they would review the cameras to see what happened. Fortunately the leather seat eventually worked its way back, I got the dent fixed with a paint less dent removal system and they replaced the trim piece after waiting 2 months. More
