This dealership does not update their records. I sold my Chevy back in 2020. Apparently the new owner uses Lucas Chevrolet. Everything seems to be connected to the VIN. I keep getting updates for service, s Chevy back in 2020. Apparently the new owner uses Lucas Chevrolet. Everything seems to be connected to the VIN. I keep getting updates for service, surveys and even phone calls from the repair department about the vehicle. The callers never verify who they are talking to or the vehicle they are calling about. What would happen if I was vindictive and denied service or authorized an expensive repair? More
