Making a routine service appointment through a "chat" feature didn't work. After making the appointment I received an e-mail under the dealer's letterhead stating the chat would be reviewed and if there feature didn't work. My decision was made a lot easier, given that you are not just the closest dealer but you didn’t add on ridiculous up charge due to shortage. Like much of your competition has.
