I went in for a diagnosis of an oil leak. While I can respect the findings of the oil leak and chose not to pursue any repairs, the diagnostic fee to me was extremely high. To top it off to then charge a 3% fee for using a credit card was absurd. Now I see why people complain about dealerships and prices because simple things like this should not cost as much as they do. More
