Customer service at this dealership is horrible compared to other Chevy dealerships in the area.When you pay good money for an extended warranty you shouldn't feel like they are doing you a favor to repair to other Chevy dealerships in the area.When you pay good money for an extended warranty you shouldn't feel like they are doing you a favor to repair your vehicle especially when your asking for things covered under your warranty.With that being said you also shouldn't have to call Chevy's corporate office to make sure the dealership is doing the right thing.Two towns over there is a Chevy dealership that treat customers courteous and fair. More
