I cannot begin to say how great my experience was. The entire staff treated me like family. The sales department employees were joking around with me and having a good time. The sales people and service writers were teasing her playfully and she just gave it right back to them. By far, my favorite employee I interacted with was the lot attendant, Sid. He is SO silly. He seems like a nice kid. The atmosphere is not that of people that drone through the day. I've been to other repair facilities in the past and they couldn't seem more miserable.
