I didn't call to schedule this appointment, I was called about promotional coupon for oil change and my MGM rewards credit - I specifically asked how much the oil change would cost me with the two credits - about promotional coupon for oil change and my MGM rewards credit - I specifically asked how much the oil change would cost me with the two credits - I was told it "would basically be a wash" meaning I wouldn't have a large balance due for the service - therefore I was extremely disappointed that I was coaxed to schedule this oil change appointment and have a balance due of $80plus, a far cry from "a wash". I could have had my oil changed by my husband. Not cool sales pitch. More
