Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and courteous. We could have bought from a dealer closer to our home, but we felt more comfortable with Frank and this dealership. false advertising and bad quality control on service work First i was told I didn't live in the right area to get the advertised price on the first truck . After the first oil change,I found the oil drain plug leaking and less than finger tight.It leaked all over my new driveway and i ruined a favorite guy harvey fishing shirt tightening the plug.I got a free oil change out of it.Second oil change the oil filter just about fell out of the truck. another big mess.Need i say more.I am now getting close to my third oil change and it won't be at lucas.Also i will need warranty work since my rear bumper is rusting.wont trust them with that either.Someone needs to follow up on the work done by the parts changers.Both incidents could have ruined my engine.and i shouldn't be the one to worry about their shoddy work. We just bought a new toyota and we were considering a new jeep but chose not to trust lucas. More

repeat customer Just bought our 3rd vehicle from Lucas. The last was my 2017 Dodge Ram 2500, listed in the paper for $41K, but when I went to buy it cost me $51K. Small print didn't qualify me, bought the truck anyway and love it. My wife bought a new Jeep Wrangler in 2012, again, love the vehicle but made the mistake of buying a MAXICARE LIFE TIME WARRANTY that doesn't seem to cover the things I've had to go back for repair. Thermostat warning that would cover the parts but not the antifreeze that had to be drained to repair it. Roof leaked, they claimed it wasn't covered. I paid for the repair but did get my money back after dealing with Bob Bruce the service manager. My son bought a used Chevy Cruz that was a good car for a decent price, All in all, they seem to be the lesser of the evils of car dealers in the area. More
