Bought a brand new truck from Lubbers and when I needed some warranty work done, the very unfriendly service department told me it was normal and didn't need repaired. So I went to another Ford dealership some warranty work done, the very unfriendly service department told me it was normal and didn't need repaired. So I went to another Ford dealership and they, and Ford, said it needed repaired under warranty, so they ordered the part and scheduled the repair. More

I just purchased my second vehicle from Lubbers and I have to say it is always a pleasant experience. My last salesman was Ryan and he wasn't available so Troy took over and got the deal done. Trent is my service guy at Lubbers! While I appreciate the team that does the service work as well, Trent is the face of the service department to me. He always comes to a solution to my schedule and works to make sure I receive a good value from my investment. He does a great job of communicating with me so I can make a well informed decision.
