Easy, no stress! I can never be anymore happier with the service we recieved from lubbers. We had about gave up our chances of getting a newer vehicle. We decided to give lubbers a chance and they gave us a better deal on our trade in that nobody else could and our intreset rate was much lower. We will forever be coming to lubbers. The work they did on my truck was horrible. I would not let them work on any more of my cars or trucks. They tell you it is ready to pick up and you pay your bill. Then it doesn't run. Quality over Quantity Honestly purchasing a car from Ken was an absolute joy, people say buying a car should be a fun experience but iv not had that joy in purchasing cars Honestly purchasing a car from Ken was an absolute joy, people say buying a car should be a fun experience but iv not had that joy in purchasing cars until i went to lubbers and meet ken. before i purchased a car here i was looking around at super car guys in Wichita that's slogan is "buying a car doesn't have to suck" but seriously that slogan should be attached to this dealership because it did not fit them at all. it doesn't matter what kind of credit you have lubbers will make sure you get a car you need at a price you can actually pay. At other dealerships i was pressured into buying today, right now and they want some kind of payment before i leave to "hold" the car, here at lubbers not only was i not pressured to do that, payment wasn't even mentioned, ken just asked if we wanted to purchase the car today or setup an appointment for a later date and that was it. I am just completely blown away by this dealerships customer service its sad to say that this should be the standered for all dealerships but in reality lubbers is miles ahead of the others and stands out. Lubbers will now be my one and only dealership for vehicle purchases. i feel like a valued customer instead of a monthly tally. More

I contacted him a couple weeks ago letting him know that I was interested in purchasing a pick up truck or suv with a certain amount of miles and number of doors. Although, I wasn't able to get a four door , I was able to purchase a 2008 Ford F-150 extended cab SXT and I'm the second owner with very low miles. Danny was good and made sure that I was satisfied. Second guess there financing! Ready to make a deal. Went home after he changed the price on me. Found out he has put more inquiries into my credit than one would ever hope. Lubb Ready to make a deal. Went home after he changed the price on me. Found out he has put more inquiries into my credit than one would ever hope. Lubbers then lost any chance of deal with my dad who heard how they dinged my credit. I got a mile down the road the day they wanted to do the deal and he got close to the original price we had talked about but was not quite there to the price he had talked about originally. Tried to get some pieces of information from him while I was at home as I wasn't going back to the dealership until I knew exactly what I was looking at and struggled to get me what I was needing. Finally got it to me after several hours. I know there are many people that have had great experiences at this dealership and there are great people who were at this dealership. I'm just giving a review on my experience and hope that others continue to have great experiences. After this experience, I found out not only am I looking for a car but my brother and father are looking and we are sharing the experiences we had with each other. More

Got my new car am so happy I went in to see about new car, Danny helped me I spent most of day there trying to see what I wanted I liked an equinox in Cheney....they brought it I went in to see about new car, Danny helped me I spent most of day there trying to see what I wanted I liked an equinox in Cheney....they brought it to hitch while I went shopping and I went back and did the paperwork and I came home in my new car!!!
