We understand people have various medical concerns and while dropping your vehicle off with us is the best way to prevent excessive exposure, it is not always convenient. I am sorry that you were not aware that we do have an alternate area for customers to wait in while their vehicle is being serviced. Customer who do not feel comfortable waiting in our socially distanced lounge can either wait outside or they can use our delivery bay on the side that was converted into a fresh air lounge. My experience with Loyalty Toyota Richmond has been beyond excellent since my rep Brittany Tench has been working with me. (Additionally, the donuts and cleanliness of the facility are greatly appreciated. My two terriers LOVE the dog-friendly Loyalty Toyota environment!) Brittany is relatable, professional, and very informative in her position. Brittany is THE only one who successfully deals with my slightly obscure maintenance package on my RAV4, and I haven’t had a single issue since she took over. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and determination, as well as her care and concern for my vehicle’s regular maintenance. Thank you so much! You’re fantastic.
