My service agent Brittany Tench did an excellent job during my interaction with her. At my arrival she was with me shortly after my arrival and quickly determined all the things I needed done. I could have brought my debit card or check book and paid without a fee if I had been told in advance. I could have called my husband to bring me my debit card if I had been told when I checked in. Instead, I paid a $22 fee for using my credit card. More
