The service I receive at Loyalty Toyota is exceptional! The mechanics that work under David are exceptional and I can’t thank them enough for taking such excellent care of my car! I bought my car in December of 2005 from Loyalty Toyota ( Priority Toyota back in 2005 ) and have had all of my services done at Loyalty Toyota. They have taken very good care of both my car and me over the years so there is a strong bond there and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! More

I had to wait nearly six hours at the Loyalty dealership for my 2015 Toyota Camry to be serviced because a tech broke a part associated with the water pump which was being replaced. The service department for my 2015 Toyota Camry to be serviced because a tech broke a part associated with the water pump which was being replaced. The service department had to order that part which had to be delivered to the dealership. Brittany Tench, my Service Representative for this visit, was very apologetic about the situation and periodically kept me informed on the progress of the repair. She even offered me a ride to a local restaurant to get lunch. Her personable touch made all the difference. I was not upset with the Loyalty service department for keeping me so long; mistakes happen, and I wanted the tech to properly perform service on my vehicle without rushing. I will definitely bring my Camry back to Loyalty for the service Brittany recommended. I hope she will be my service representative on the next visit. More
