I really wish Dealer Rater let us give TEN STARS! My experience with Loyalty Toyota, specifically with Wesley, Cole and Jennifer, was phenomenal! I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for - Cole experience with Loyalty Toyota, specifically with Wesley, Cole and Jennifer, was phenomenal! I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for - Cole & I did most of the emailing, and Wesley had the 4Runner that fit ALL of my criteria pulled up and waiting for me at the start of our appointment. Jennifer was patient while I asked questions and called my dad a thousand times to ask questions on the financing portion. She was thorough and quick (without rushing through the paperwork). I did ALOT of research and a lot of homework on the 4Runner (because let's face it, it's a COLOSSAL investment) across many different dealerships from Richmond to Northern Virginia. Wesley was so personable during our test drives (test drives can be so awkward, but, Wesley chatted with me like we were old friends). For something that took half a day, it flew by and the end result was so worth it! It was so important to me to ensure I let Farley, the GM know, how amazing his team is! His response was SO humbling - he turned and patted Wesley on the back immediately and told him great job! That is awesome leadership, and he was such a great guy! BUT, that's not all! About a week after I left with my new car, I realized I left my EZPass in my traded-in car. I sent Wesley a message and he jumped right on it. Had it ready for me at the front desk the next business day. That not only saved me from a replacement cost with EZPass, BUT, the father/daughter discussion about paying closer attention, haha. YALL - STOP THE NONSENSE AND BUY. YOUR. CAR. AT. LOYALTY!! If you are in the market for a new car in November, go see Wesley - (but don't be too disappointed when you don't see his beard as epic as his Sales Team photo on the Loyalty website). A review on the longer side, I know, BUT, do you see by this review how fun and awesome my experience was at Loyalty? I'm absolutely a customer for life based solely on the customer service and the team I got to hang with for a few hours last month. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! More
Stewart always does an excellent job of locating the cause of my problems. He is well informed about how to solve these problems. I take my car here for service. This visit I worked with Dana Reed. She was excellent. She took the time to not just tell me what my car needed but also to prioritize when I couldn’t do everything at once. Dana Reed. She was excellent.
