Whole shopping experience was very unpleasant. I reached out to a sales rep for a 2022 Toyota 4Runner with 3 very specific requirements of running boards, 5-seater, and army green color. He sent me pdf of t out to a sales rep for a 2022 Toyota 4Runner with 3 very specific requirements of running boards, 5-seater, and army green color. He sent me pdf of the vehicle that had all my requirements which was still in transit. When the vehicle arrived, it came without running boards. His manager told me that there’s nationwide shortage of boards. This shortage is there since 2020 so why did they not tell me on 25th Oct when he sent me the pdf and on Oct 30th when I met him in person. I was completely blown away by THE LIES they said to earn my business. The sales rep knew that I will not buy the car without the running boards and hence, even though they knew all along there were no running boards, they never told me knowing that I will not buy it from them. Sorry to say all this but it is the real treacherous experience that will be etched in my mind FOREVER!! More

Brian, in the service dept, was excellent and I'm glad he kept me in the loop the entire way. I had a problem with the diagnosis of the problem from the mechanic because I was told I should get my rear b kept me in the loop the entire way. I had a problem with the diagnosis of the problem from the mechanic because I was told I should get my rear brakes replaced, rotors and pads. The actual problem was the control arm in the steering. Had I not gotten that checked and immediately replaced elsewhere I could have had serious trouble on a highway going at high speeds if the arm snapped. I definitely lost some faith in the mechanics at this dealership after this experience! More
