My service tech was Bailey R and Roman, very helpful and friendly. with a lot of energy at 7:30 in the morning. I decided to drop off this time instead of waiting. I didn't know they had shutter service until my sister told me. Dropped off at home, vehicle ready by 9:30am, picked up from home within 30 minutes of calling. Back at dealer Bailey review service and recommendations with prices. Back home by 1:30pm and back to work. Did not have to miss a day out of work. Also, like ideal I was texted service work and recommendations ahead of time with prices, so I knew what I had to pay before I got there. No surprises. Shutter driver very nice and knew his surroundings. Came right back to drop off without an address. More

Beware of this dealership. Bought like new rav4, windshield leaked like a river in rain. They said it was clips that it needed. Clips on line were 30 dollars for a bag full. They never tested the windshield after supposedly fixing it. On top of this dilemma they tried to charge us a diagnostic fee of 150 to see if windshield leaked. Class act. You sold us the car with a leaking windshield. You should have stood behind it. More
