Bought my 2006 Toyota Corolla in December of 2005 from Priority Toyota now Loyalty Toyota . I couldn’t ask for anyone better! He’s professional, and makes certain that my vehicle get’s the care it requires to run smoothly and safely as possible. I had a service scheduled for 27 July 2022 but as luck would have it my left front tire was losing tire pressure and became a big concern so I drove my car into the bay at Loyalty’s Service Department and requested David Busby. He saw the problem right away and I told him that the tire had been losing air over a week’s period. Turns out the tire had a nail embedded in it! So new tire and David asked me if I would like the car serviced yesterday on July 18th since it was already back in the bay with a mechanic replacing the tire. I agreed to have everything done while the car was there saving me another trip on the 27th. I had no appointment on the 18th and Loyalty Toyota was already very busy when I drove in yesterday but they took me in took care of my car and I left a happy camper! No one could ask for better service and my service advisor is just the best! More
