Service department refuses to fix the problem with my media ports because it is an intermittent problem and they can’t replicate it. This car has 21000 miles and is still under warranty and the music sys media ports because it is an intermittent problem and they can’t replicate it. This car has 21000 miles and is still under warranty and the music system will quit recognizing the USB port unless I jiggle the thumb drive. Options are for the tech to keep the car until it happens or I pay for a diagnostic or just drop live with the problem. Customers word is no good. I would highly recommend you buy at a different dealership. Free oil changes aren’t worth it. It is cheaper to pay for the oil changes and find a better dealer. More
