Rear passenger tire was causing vibration (worn to the white threads and included in the bluebook assessment) and they offered me the price of an as-is vehicle...76000 miles and the only other issues are the tpms on 1 tire(same tire) and the rugs need to be shampooed... today is 12/10/22... will post a YouTube video of before and after i shampoo and show there's no vibration without the car moving...you will laugh when i say what they offered in comparison to what you see in the video. This was a loss for their acquisitions department... oh, how the grinch almost stole Christmas More

I was at the dealer today for service. Michael Stith was the one helping. He came out with a smile and friendly banter as he proceeded with the initial check in. Once we went through all the things that needed to be done and narrowed that down to what I absolutely had to do this trip, I settled in for the wait. He kept me up to date on the status and timing. At the end he made me smile when he went above and beyond to save me some money. Anything helps when it comes to service. And Michael worked his magic with a smile (and some office singing). More
