They told me the vehicle I wanted was in stock and sent me the price sheet. The price was ridiculous, but expected. I drove there to put down a deposit and found out that the price was actually 10% higher me the price sheet. The price was ridiculous, but expected. I would NOT recommend Loyalty Toyota for anyone looking for a new vehicle. I went there on 9/29/22 in search of a new 2023 Camry but unfortunately due to the market, there were none available so you have t for a new vehicle. I went there on 9/29/22 in search of a new 2023 Camry but unfortunately due to the market, there were none available so you have to put 1K down in order to reserve the car. I was told that if I changed my mind, didn't like the car or if anything came about I could get a refund. Well unfortunately I decided to change my mind because I was unhappy with their services and now all of a sudden they are saying that I CANNOT get my money back, even though the car still has not arrived. I put the money down to reserve the car, it was NOT a bill of sale or purchase of the car at all. I did not even sign the contract stating that the car would be mine. This is unacceptable and I will be getting my lawyer, the Better Business Bureau and the local news involved... please go elsewhere because many of places allow refunds with no problem. BEWARE! More

Brittany Tench was my service adviser and as always she was pleasant and extremely helpful. I wouldn't consider taking my Toyota anywhere else.
