Sometimes certain banks and DMV can add delays when waiting for a title. According to our paperwork, the agreed upon price was given for you car. We would be more than happy to review this with you again. Please remember that whenever you are selling a car, any unpaid payoff balances must be satisfied before the bank will release the title. Yup- completely aware that a car must be paid off before a title is released. Well aware that in the past when I have sold cars to other dealers they stated, this is our offer, minus the remaining balance. YOUR staff DID NOT say that- they said they would pay $X for my car and were only waiting on the title. They never said, this is the amount minus the payoff balance. Had that been said to me on the 6th or 8th when I agreed to sell the car, then this would NOT be an issue. HOWEVER, that is NOT what your staff told me. If you are not going to honor the words that your staff uses, that is fine- but you should make that clear in your advertising. Here is an new ad slogan for you- “Bring us your car. Our staff will say whatever they want and we will NOT honor their commitments to you.”

Loyalty’s track record- Pete B, Feb ‘23- you lied about fees to him Steve S, Dec ‘22- you raised the price on him by $5000 Colleen S, Nov ‘22- False ad about car buying- you do NOT pay cash in hand when we sell you a car- Kristie R, March ‘23- you refused to honor your advertised price Dawn B, May ‘23- charged a $2000 “high demand fee” (The result of a 2 minute google search on how you all treat your customers) Are you more than happy to review with the above people how you lied to them, falsely advertised your prices, and failed to uphold what your sales people tell potential clients?
