my daughter needed a new vehicle recently. we were going to look at several dealerships, including 2 in richmond. we started at priority toyota in chester and test drove an 06 nissan altima. the car was in to look at several dealerships, including 2 in richmond. we started at priority toyota in chester and test drove an 06 nissan altima. the car was in great condition and we both really loved it. elwood was very friendly and authentic. my daughter had a car to trade in and he wanted to make sure that i had an estimate of how much they could give me for her old car, and a price for the altima before we left to look at the other dealerships. he talked with jeanine and they both worked together to make the sale. they gave us such a good deal that i couldn't turn it down, so we never made it up to richmond. now my daughter has a dependable car that will hold its value, and give her many years of good service. that gives me peace of mind, so i don't need to worry as much when she's out on the road. i couldn't ask for anything more. everyone in the dealership was extremely friendly, but elwood was great. he kept going back to jeanine, (who was very busy), to get the deal closed. i was very pleased with the trade in value on her old car, and jeanine met my budget more than halfway. everyone thinks that with the economy the way it is now, that dealers will do anything to sell a car, but i felt very safe and in very good hands, and not pressured at all. i am also glad to support our local economy whenever i can. i will recommend priority toyota to anyone who asks. I was trading in a car that I co-signed on that was only 3 months old. Due to a seperation, I had to get rid of the car and get it out of both names. They worked very hard for almost a week to get me a deal 3 months old. Due to a seperation, I had to get rid of the car and get it out of both names. They worked very hard for almost a week to get me a deal that I thought was a good deal. I was upside down in the current loan with a very high interest rate. They were able to get me a monthly payment lower then what the payment on the car was and even a lower interest rate. It took a lot of hard work by all parties involved. The salesman, Daniel Riveria, was great to work with. He was in contact with me several times a day to keep me informed of what was going on, what they had come up with, and what I was willing to do. The whole staff were enjoyable to work with. I have not heard of a dealership allowing you 30 days to come up with your down payment, but they did. If this dealership and its sales staff wouldn't have been so dedicated and willing to work with me, I would not have traded the car in. I felt like they understood the situation and that they were doing all they could to help me out. I felt like they were on my side during a very rough time for me in my life. Knowing that they cared about what had happened and what I was going through, just made it that much easier and stress free to work with. They treated me like a member of the family. They have called me several times since the sale to see how I liked my new truck and to make sure that I was happy with my decision and that everything on the truck was correct. I will have to take the truck in for service on the radio. It seems to have a short in it-it will just cut off on its own. Other then that, I am very happy with my new truck and the whole experience. The sales team stayed over an hour after they were suppose to close and get off to finalize the sale and take care of me and my needs. You just don't find people willing to go above and beyond and treat you the way I was treated. I would, and have recommended this dealership and the sales people that I dealt with. They made a very hard time for me go as easy and as smoothly as possible. They really seemed to care about me and what was going on. Very dedicated and loyal employees all the way around. More
