Sending a big shout out to Dana Reed, Assistant Service Manager and her team team at Loyalty Toyota. I was experiencing difficulty with defective (Noisy) windshield wipers on my 21 Toyota Venza. She assure Manager and her team team at Loyalty Toyota. I was experiencing difficulty with defective (Noisy) windshield wipers on my 21 Toyota Venza. She assured me the blades could be replaced without additional costs. Dana ordered the blades right away and had them installed within 5 minutes of my arrival to the dealership. Dana made this process smooth and pleasant. Her customer service was outstanding! In fact, the entire team was courteous and respectful from start to finish. Loyalty Toyota lived up to there name.
