The biggest thing that stood out to me was Daniel DeBrow worked with ME and not just to sell me a car!!!!! He was awesome about explaining everything to me and answered all my questions even if I had to ask twice about it!!!! He hooked me up with plenty of other accessories at little to no charge!!! If I ever buy again it will be from Priority Toyota and the great staff they have. I without a doubt will be seeing Daniel again for any of my car buying needs and you should too!!! More
Let me start by saying Skip is "awsome" he has made me and my son so happy with the Tundra we just got. I was in desperate need of a truck because my son races dirt bikes and I was driving a corolla, I was riding through the lot when Skip walked up and introduced himself and right away wanted to help me with what I was wanting to get. I found a Tundra that was exactly what I was looking for but it had over 100 thousand miles and Skip said toyota wouldnt finance it because of the milage so we stood there thinking and Skip told me Im gonna make this happen and he did. He worked his but off to make this deal with a lot of running, phone calls, dealing, and doing everything he could to make sure I was happy. At one point I didnt think I would be able to get the truck and Skip made it happen. I have never dealt with such a nice easy going polite generous sales person. He was never pushy I never felt pressured about buying the truck, It was actually a very pleasant sales transaction. Skip took an interest in my needs and my family and did what he could to get us what we needed and thanks to him he has helped make my sons racing career a whole lot easier and has made a family of friends for life. I will send anyone I know that is looking to buy a vehicle to Skip and know they will get the best treatment. My life has been full of a lot of saddness lately and after getting my truck and dealing with Skip and completing this whole deal I feel so happy and Thank Skip from the bottum of my heart !!! More
I have not yet purchased my vehicle but I am determined to get it from this dealership. Never have I had a more flexible service and catering. If you need a car and would love a dealership that stands behind their purchase instead of acting like they can not do anything... THIS is the dealership for you. The prices are A LOT lower and it's important to feel like you have someone behind you when you make such a important investment. I am traveling from Maryland just to purchase my car from them. I'm still between the Venza and Highlander, and they have been thoroughly helpful with my thorough questioning. More
On the 22nd of December I went and bought a new 2009 Tacoma. I did have a 2002 Tacoma, thought it was a good idea to get a new one. It was my first time buying a vehicle at Priority, I thought the atm Tacoma. I did have a 2002 Tacoma, thought it was a good idea to get a new one. It was my first time buying a vehicle at Priority, I thought the atmosphere was great. I liked the service and the "free oil changes for life". Patricia was very helpful and met every need. We had been to ANOTHER DEALERSHIP IN RICHMOND earlier in the day looking at the Rav4. We told the salesman that we wanted to look at the RAV4 and to make some price comparisons because we were not buying a the day looking at the Rav4. He even asked if we needed him to get a key to allow us to look in the vehicle. We left that dealership after about 20 minutes of being pushed into trying to buy something and went to PRIORITY. When we arrived at PRIORITY we were met by a HAPPY gentleman who was willing to take the time to hear my wife and I. He was able to see that we were interested in the RAV4. Before we even asked he went and picked up a couple of keys, one for a 2008 and one for a 2009. As we were looking for a vehicle for my wife, I was very grateful to the respect and time he gave to listening to my wife's concerns and questions. Through our timid afternoon (still gun-shy from our last experience) we were able to look at about 3 different vehicles. I was able to test-drive the RAV4 and later my wife decided to as well. COLBY was very knowledgeable and he was very understanding. He shared his knowledge and if he didn't know the answer (such as warranty info/prices), he would ask. He shared with us about the PRIORITIES FOR LIFE. He knew we were LOOKING at vehicles and wanted to make sure we had time and felt good about our visit. After most of the afternoon, we went inside to talk numbers and see what we could do. We had an idea of what we could afford, but we wanted to make sure we had found out what interest rates and deals we could find as far as loans go. COLBY asked us a couple of times what we wanted from color, details, needs, and gave us the price and told us that when we were ready we could negotiate to see if we couldn't meet what we knew we could afford. We left that day and talked with our creditors, etc. We returned the very next weekend and we were very excited to see a RAV4 in the color and with everything we were looking for. Needless to say we bought the RAV4 from COLBY HALL at PRIORITY TOYOTA of Richmond and have been very please and we continue to tell as many people as we can about our experience and THANKS AGAIN TO COLBY and not being pushy, but understanding through the whole process. More

I went seeking to purchase a new car, I seen the car that I had been admiring for months, I knew that I had to have The Best! The Best! The Best!... I went inside Priority Toyota where I was warmly greeted, and ushered over the man that made the impossible POSSIBLE. Daniel DeBrow, helped me in more ways than I could have ever imagined. He wanted me to have my dream car. As a first time car buyer I did not have much going for me other than good credit and a down payment. Daniel knew that I needed more than that, he worked hard, and he went beyond what I expected from any sales person (especially as a first time car buyer). I really felt like he was more interested in what I wanted to be seen in, over what would be a quick move off the lot. Daniel sat, talked and reviewed until he found a way for me to have the car of my dreams. I did not leave that day with a car, and that was okay, but within 24hours I was driving off the lot in my brand new car, the car I wanted, the car of my dreams, the car DANIEL DEBROW made possible for me to have. After an experience like this I would never buy a car from anywhere or anyone else. Daniel was the best. His work is amazing, he was over the top, and extremely dedicated in what he does. I am so happy that my husband and I stopped in Priority Toyota to "look around". As soon as we finished looking at a truck on the lot, we went into the showroom in search of assistance. We were in the showroom no more than 2 seconds and the bright, smiling face of Brian McCaffity appeared. He was friendly and very interested in our exact needs. He explained, in detail, anything that we had a concern over, always with a gentle tone and a smile. We ended up buying a Tundra truck for my husband for what we call a "steal". When we went the next day to pick up the vehicle we had left behind, I expressed interest in purchasing a car of my own. He again asked my direct needs and wishes. He in no way pushed me towards a car that had options I didn't need , like a lot of other salesmen try to do, but lead me to a car that had just what I needed. That car is now sitting proudly in my driveway. I have purchased vehicles before from other dealers, both by myself and with my husband, but this was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I had already heard about the top of the line service that Priorty provides so it didn't take much to convince me on that end. So, to sum up the entire experience, I would recommend, to both friends and family, purchasing their next new or used vehicle from not only Priority Toyota, but from my new friend, Brian McCaffity. Brian was a ray of sunshine in what is usually a not so pleasant experience. I also want to say that everyone that we came in contact with at Priority was nice, friendly and very helpful. This would include Angela, who helped up get the right package to help up maintain the exterior and interior of our cars. The Loan Officers were extremely pleasant, friendly and didn't make you feel as though you were going through, what is typically, the worst part of the entire transaction. I just do not have enought words to express how satisfied my husband and I are with our whole buying experience from Brian and Priority Toyota. More
