I was trading in a car that I co-signed on that was only 3 months old. Due to a seperation, I had to get rid of the car and get it out of both names. They worked very hard for almost a week to get me a deal that I thought was a good deal. I was upside down in the current loan with a very high interest rate. They were able to get me a monthly payment lower then what the payment on the car was and even a lower interest rate. It took a lot of hard work by all parties involved. The salesman, Daniel Riveria, was great to work with. He was in contact with me several times a day to keep me informed of what was going on, what they had come up with, and what I was willing to do. The whole staff were enjoyable to work with. I have not heard of a dealership allowing you 30 days to come up with your down payment, but they did. If this dealership and its sales staff wouldn't have been so dedicated and willing to work with me, I would not have traded the car in. I felt like they understood the situation and that they were doing all they could to help me out. I felt like they were on my side during a very rough time for me in my life. Knowing that they cared about what had happened and what I was going through, just made it that much easier and stress free to work with. They treated me like a member of the family. They have called me several times since the sale to see how I liked my new truck and to make sure that I was happy with my decision and that everything on the truck was correct. I will have to take the truck in for service on the radio. It seems to have a short in it-it will just cut off on its own. Other then that, I am very happy with my new truck and the whole experience. The sales team stayed over an hour after they were suppose to close and get off to finalize the sale and take care of me and my needs. You just don't find people willing to go above and beyond and treat you the way I was treated. I would, and have recommended this dealership and the sales people that I dealt with. They made a very hard time for me go as easy and as smoothly as possible. They really seemed to care about me and what was going on. Very dedicated and loyal employees all the way around. More

My initial visit to the dealer made me very comfortable. Once I decided to check the interior of a few different vehicles, the salesman really knew the vehicles inside and out. No pressure whatsoever. Before ending my first visit, I let the salesman know what particular vehicles I was interested in, and made an appointment the following day to crunch numbers. The next day I met with Mr. Hall and crunched the numbers. Since I am in a sales business, I know the dealer has to make a profit to stay in business. We came to a very fair price on the vehicle I purchased. They were so friendly, I even bought the paint protection and other services I had never in the past bought. I am overall very pleased with the dealership, and will be back in very soon to purchase my wife a new vehicle as well. More

We purchased a 2009 4 cy. Camry in December. Wonderful car but we were unhappy with the 4 cy. We traded the Camry with 3000 miles for a 2008 new Avalon. Jeannine and Brian were excellent to work with. T car but we were unhappy with the 4 cy. We traded the Camry with 3000 miles for a 2008 new Avalon. Jeannine and Brian were excellent to work with. They were understanding of our needs. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the Avalon. He was informative, friendly, and professional. We realize that we lost money on the Camry but all the people with whom we dealt on this trade were very nice and helpful. We have recommended this dealership to our friends. More

Stephanie knows what needs to be done when we bring our car in without us being overly directive, but always calls to make sure we are ok with what the technitians have recommended. Not only are they the exclusive car repair shop I use, I drive 50 miles, passing many other places to continue showing my customer loyalty to Priority Toyota. Stephanie Dyer/King has always been more than accommodating to my needs and has gone out of her way to make sure I understand the recommended services and the items that are critical to keep my family safe on the road. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From Stephanie’s professionalism at the front to the friendly technicians working on your vehicle that always come out to greet you and explain their work the all around quality care at this dealership is great!!!!! He was great to deal with and I actually enjoyed the entire experience while dealing with him. I had stopped in earlier and got a price on the truck I was looking to purchase, and then went out to other dealers to compare prices. Nowhere could I find another dealer that could beat or at least match the price that I got from Elwood. To appreciate all the benefits that they offer you just need to go by and see them.
