Although, I wasn't looking to purchase a vehicle that day, I was in the market for one very soon. After looking at many different vehicles, Skip took ever step necessary to find the right vehicle to fit both my wants and needs. We did find that vehicle, and with the help of his management team, they put together a fantastic deal without pressure, gimmicks, or back and forth negotiating. We visited Priority on May 23, 2009 to basically see what cars and deals were available. Rick met us at the door with a smile and positive attitude. After talking with Chad and Rick, a deal was reached that I thought was the best that I could have received and decided to act on. Rick got the ball moving by having the car started in the process of being cleaned for delivery that same day. Then came the paperwork and offers of some extra warranties with Angela and decided to take advantage of some that would insure the new car appearance for some years to come. Rick, Angela and Chad explained everything sufficiently and all T's were crossed and I's dotted and we were driving our new car home. We returned three days later for some things to be done that we had purchased and everything was taken care of the first time. I truly believe that Prioity Toyota wants to be your dealership for life and will go the extra mile to make that happen. More
Well I went to this dealership and purchased a 2010 black Camry from Colby (who is a very sweet man). Before I went to sign the paper work on the car my hasband and myself pointed out that it had glue or som Camry from Colby (who is a very sweet man). Before I went to sign the paper work on the car my hasband and myself pointed out that it had glue or something sticky on the hood of the car and Colby stated they would take care of it. Well after being at the dealership all day I finally drove away in my new car smiling:) around 7:30pm. I was very disappointed and heart broken when I had to bring it right back the next morning because it had scratches on the hood where they tried to get the sticky stuff off and not only that it had scatches all over the car. The more noticeable scratches were on the hood and left rear panel back the back window. I think when they tried to remove the glue they used the same rag to wipe the car down. They told me at this time that they were very sorry and that everything shows on a black car. They did offer me a similar car but I did not like that one it was not the car I fell in love with it was different. The next step was they could buff the scratches out of my brand new car. They did buff the scatches out but you can tell where they buffed because it has swirl marks. They seem to show very well in the sun but dont get me wrong it does look better than it did. I just think that instead of fixing the problem it was just hidden.I know that we are all human and make mistakes. I still dont feel that my car looked brand new the way it should have for the money I paid. I would like to say that they did try and made an effort to make me happy. I guess thats the best they could do. I'm still undecided if I would buy another vehicle there. I would also like to say that everyone was very nice and tried to be very helpful thru this horrible experience. More
i began this purchase at another Toyota Dealership, but ended the deal at Priority with Skip Davis. i was purchasing a pre-owned '09 Yaris and trading in a 2006 Ford Focus. Although the original agreement that had been made to me was not at all something Toyota was willing to agree with, despite the previous salesmans' developing the deal, Skip made sure that i was as well taken care of as possible. i would do it again in a heart beat as long as Skip was the one i was buying from. i can honestly say that the anxiety and frustration i had over not being told the truth in the beginning was high at the time, Skip made sure that i was going to get the best deal possible and again, i would do it again. Ron Banks was my primary Sales Consultant. His knowledge in explaining the newer model vehicles made me feel comfortable to work with him. Any information that he wasn't knowledgeable of, he admitted it, & in explaining the newer model vehicles made me feel comfortable to work with him. Any information that he wasn't knowledgeable of, he admitted it, & found me the answer at his earliest convenience. I definitely would recommend this gentleman to those who appreciate a hassle free sale. Afterwards, I felt great shaking his hand knowing we closed the deal. Louis Lucas provided great quality service. Chris Southworth handled the finances and thoroughly explained any questions I may have had, putting my mind at ease with the interest rate that I was comfortable with. O.J. Schneider was honest, and truly a man of integrity. Mr. Perno's research ability, managerial skills, and customer relationship displayed qualities of a great leader. Over, MY EXPERIENCE was great. I had to bring our 4-Runner in for emergency service after an unfortunate highway meeting with a steel rod that had wedged itself between the wheel well and tire--ruining the tire, and the wheel almost after an unfortunate highway meeting with a steel rod that had wedged itself between the wheel well and tire--ruining the tire, and the wheel almost coming off. Without an appoointment, Mr. Mike Myers settled my nevers and worked the SUV in for a mechanic to check things out. Fortunately, there was minimal damage and minor repairs. I brought the 4-Runner to Priority because I trust their integrity to do the right thing, and I sought out Mike because he's a very pleasant person and greets everyone with a smile and positive attitude. Excellent experience overall. Mr. Hall was excellent to work with and was able to address all of my concerns. The price could have been lower on the vehicle I purchased; however, Mr. Hall did everything i work with and was able to address all of my concerns. I only went into the dealership looking for a new vehicle not intending on purchasing at that time. I had recently been in a car accident and was still waiting on my insurnce settlement. Antonio walked me thru almost every car i liked on the lot until we both found one that fit my budget and my style and i walked away with my car that day. He made buying a car so effortless; i told my best friend about my experience that she went the next week and bought a new car too! I Love my car and when its time to get a new one, I will definately be going back to Priority!!!! More
