Without an appoointment, Mr. Mike Myers settled my nevers and worked the SUV in for a mechanic to check things out. Fortunately, there was minimal damage and minor repairs. I brought the 4-Runner to Priority because I trust their integrity to do the right thing, and I sought out Mike because he's a very pleasant person and greets everyone with a smile and positive attitude.
