I was referred to Mr. Rivera. From the moment we were introduced I felt comfortable working with him. I was in the market for a used vehicle. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Priority Toyota in Chester, VA. It was my first experience with this dealership and I have to say that my husband and I believe that it was our best car buying exper in Chester, VA. It was my first experience with this dealership and I have to say that my husband and I believe that it was our best car buying experience ever. Our wonderful salesperson, Daniel DeBrow, warmly greeted us when we arrived and he turned out to be such a pleasure to work with. He is one of the most honest, genuine and professional salespeople we have ever dealt with. He really has the best interest of his customers at heart and goes above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations. Daniel also introduced us to the used car manager Jeannine McDevitt. Together they demonstrated great team work and customer service while bringing us a better deal than we could ever have imagined. We shopped around a lot and had done a lot of homework, and the deal was still better than what we thought it would be! You can tell that they really make the customer and the customer's needs a "Priority" at Priority Toyota! They truly want us to be customers for life and Daniel even came right out and asked us to be his customers for life! We had very specific interests and needs regarding our purchase, which were all met, and we never felt like we were being pushed or talked into a different deal than what we ultimately wanted. I must say that the "Priorities for Life" are also a huge selling point as well as the free manicures, which all of my friends are already jealous about. I have already told everyone that I know about our wonderful purchase experience and we plan to continue to sing the praises of Daniel, Jeannine and the wonderful experience we had at Priority Toyota. First of all I want to say that Colby is an excellent rep! This is the 2nd toyota that we have purchased from Priority. This 2nd time we were in because a sales person called my husband to let him know s rep! This is the 2nd toyota that we have purchased from Priority. This 2nd time we were in because a sales person called my husband to let him know someone that works in the office was interested in his truck that he had just purchased a year ago. (which I think was a scam trying to get him in to buy a vehicle) He ended up going to the dealership just to look at vehicles. To make a long story short they had persuaded him to buy a Ford Sporttrack, which he honestly did not want but they would not take no for an answer. He had also been mistaken thinking he had 3 days to return the new truck to be able to get his truck back. Unfortuntely, it does not work that way. He was unable to get his truck back. They said he would have to buy it back for more than what he had paid for it a year ago. CRAZY!! Their exchange policy ended up being that you have to exchange for a car of equal or greater value. Also, they had persuaded my husband to put $4000 of the purchase price onto a toyota CREDIT CARD with 11% interest!!! Needless to say we ended up exchanging for a more expensive 2006 4runner and was unable to get the $4000 credit card closed. SO now we are paying atleast $100 more a month for a car he doesnt want! I went with my husband to the dealership to affiliate the exchange while I was there they were trying their hardest to make me buy a car that I DIDNT WANT! I know I had told another sales rep atleast 50 times that I did not want the car but he kept pressuring me telling me if I can afford it than why am I not buying it. I will only return to priority of I am working with Colby directly! More
We were shopping for a used truck and found one we loved at Priority in Chester. John was super friendly and helpful. He really made the experience great. Having bought several vehicles from dealerships in the past few years; we have had our share of mediocre service. John definitely exceeded any expectations we had. He even took the time to go over the smallest of features like where the wipers and hazards lights are and how to work the 4WD. We were also happy with the price and value we received. We are looking forward to visiting the dealership to cash in on our oil changes and free manicures on Wednesdays (How cool is that?)! More

This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever. John Martin was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He knew which vehicle would best suite me and he was right! The only word I can use to describe this dealership's work ethic, customer service, atmosphere and knowledge of cars is absolutely superb. This was my first time buying a car so I was a little nervous, h work ethic, customer service, atmosphere and knowledge of cars is absolutely superb. This was my first time buying a car so I was a little nervous, however my dealer, Colby Hall, explained everything to me...he even explained some things twice. He was friendly, down to earth, and really knew his stuff. I was able to choose between there extensive selection of Toyotas and was given the features of all the cars. Even when I asked about other brand cars, he did not "put down" any cars but simply gave me comparisons and let me decide. We were able to build rapport with one of the supervisors, O.J. Scheneider, as well. It made me feel very comfortable and made my decison very easy. Plus the price was right along with LIFETIME beneifits. This dealership should definitely be on top of your list for dealerships to shop. More
I have been working with Stuart's service team for the past 10+ years. I just purchase my 3rd Toyota and have them all serviced by Priority (and Martin before bought by Priority). Stuart was my service past 10+ years. I just purchase my 3rd Toyota and have them all serviced by Priority (and Martin before bought by Priority). Stuart was my service manager at both dealerships. He has found problems which were not found by others, is always willing to go over in detail any maintenance service which needs to be done and will let me know if it is truly needed. When deciding for a sales person to purchase my new Toyota this month, I first went to Stuart to recommend someone I would like. He was correct -- I have already provided a rating for by sales person. More
