Ron Banks was my primary Sales Consultant. His knowledge in explaining the newer model vehicles made me feel comfortable to work with him. I had to bring our 4-Runner in for emergency service after an unfortunate highway meeting with a steel rod that had wedged itself between the wheel well and tire--ruining the tire, and the wheel almost after an unfortunate highway meeting with a steel rod that had wedged itself between the wheel well and tire--ruining the tire, and the wheel almost coming off. Without an appoointment, Mr. Mike Myers settled my nevers and worked the SUV in for a mechanic to check things out. Fortunately, there was minimal damage and minor repairs. I brought the 4-Runner to Priority because I trust their integrity to do the right thing, and I sought out Mike because he's a very pleasant person and greets everyone with a smile and positive attitude.
