I like all of the experiences that I have had with Priority Toyota. I have a great team I deal with for service of all 3 of my vehicles. Keep up the great work and the great customer service. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever. John Martin was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He knew which vehicle would best suite me and he was right! The only word I can use to describe this dealership's work ethic, customer service, atmosphere and knowledge of cars is absolutely superb. This was my first time buying a car so I was a little nervous, however my dealer, Colby Hall, explained everything to me...he even explained some things twice. He was friendly, down to earth, and really knew his stuff. I was able to choose between there extensive selection of Toyotas and was given the features of all the cars. Even when I asked about other brand cars, he did not "put down" any cars but simply gave me comparisons and let me decide. We were able to build rapport with one of the supervisors, O.J. Scheneider, as well. It made me feel very comfortable and made my decison very easy. Plus the price was right along with LIFETIME beneifits. This dealership should definitely be on top of your list for dealerships to shop. More
I have been working with Stuart's service team for the past 10+ years. I just purchase my 3rd Toyota and have them all serviced by Priority (and Martin before bought by Priority). Stuart was my service past 10+ years. I just purchase my 3rd Toyota and have them all serviced by Priority (and Martin before bought by Priority). Stuart was my service manager at both dealerships. He has found problems which were not found by others, is always willing to go over in detail any maintenance service which needs to be done and will let me know if it is truly needed. When deciding for a sales person to purchase my new Toyota this month, I first went to Stuart to recommend someone I would like. He was correct -- I have already provided a rating for by sales person. More

Upon our arrival, Skip immediately greeted my son and I, and began what would eventually turn out to be my best car buying experience ever. Although, I wasn't looking to purchase a vehicle that day, I was in the market for one very soon. After looking at many different vehicles, Skip took ever step necessary to find the right vehicle to fit both my wants and needs. We did find that vehicle, and with the help of his management team, they put together a fantastic deal without pressure, gimmicks, or back and forth negotiating. We visited Priority on May 23, 2009 to basically see what cars and deals were available. Rick met us at the door with a smile and positive attitude. We walked the lot and found a 2010 Camry that was asking t cars and deals were available. Rick met us at the door with a smile and positive attitude. We walked the lot and found a 2010 Camry that was asking to be taken home. After talking with Chad and Rick, a deal was reached that I thought was the best that I could have received and decided to act on. Rick got the ball moving by having the car started in the process of being cleaned for delivery that same day. Then came the paperwork and offers of some extra warranties with Angela and decided to take advantage of some that would insure the new car appearance for some years to come. Rick, Angela and Chad explained everything sufficiently and all T's were crossed and I's dotted and we were driving our new car home. We returned three days later for some things to be done that we had purchased and everything was taken care of the first time. I truly believe that Prioity Toyota wants to be your dealership for life and will go the extra mile to make that happen. More
Well I went to this dealership and purchased a 2010 black Camry from Colby (who is a very sweet man). Before I went to sign the paper work on the car my hasband and myself pointed out that it had glue or som Camry from Colby (who is a very sweet man). Before I went to sign the paper work on the car my hasband and myself pointed out that it had glue or something sticky on the hood of the car and Colby stated they would take care of it. Well after being at the dealership all day I finally drove away in my new car smiling:) around 7:30pm. I was very disappointed and heart broken when I had to bring it right back the next morning because it had scratches on the hood where they tried to get the sticky stuff off and not only that it had scatches all over the car. The more noticeable scratches were on the hood and left rear panel back the back window. I think when they tried to remove the glue they used the same rag to wipe the car down. They told me at this time that they were very sorry and that everything shows on a black car. They did offer me a similar car but I did not like that one it was not the car I fell in love with it was different. The next step was they could buff the scratches out of my brand new car. They did buff the scatches out but you can tell where they buffed because it has swirl marks. They seem to show very well in the sun but dont get me wrong it does look better than it did. I just think that instead of fixing the problem it was just hidden.I know that we are all human and make mistakes. I still dont feel that my car looked brand new the way it should have for the money I paid. I would like to say that they did try and made an effort to make me happy. I guess thats the best they could do. I'm still undecided if I would buy another vehicle there. I would also like to say that everyone was very nice and tried to be very helpful thru this horrible experience. More
i began this purchase at another Toyota Dealership, but ended the deal at Priority with Skip Davis. i was purchasing a pre-owned '09 Yaris and trading in a 2006 Ford Focus. Although the original agreement that had been made to me was not at all something Toyota was willing to agree with, despite the previous salesmans' developing the deal, Skip made sure that i was as well taken care of as possible. i would do it again in a heart beat as long as Skip was the one i was buying from. i can honestly say that the anxiety and frustration i had over not being told the truth in the beginning was high at the time, Skip made sure that i was going to get the best deal possible and again, i would do it again. i gave the rating i did b/c i am a first time buyer of any car and i think that the dealership could have educated me a little more on what i was getting myself into. i also noticed that do to a small cre any car and i think that the dealership could have educated me a little more on what i was getting myself into. i also noticed that do to a small credit history that i was unable to get a new car elsewhere w/out a co-signer, so i was greatfull for that.
