A few days ago, A tree fell on my garage and crushed it and totalled all three of my family's cars. We decided to go into debt to purchase one new car for the security of having a reliable vehicle for year and totalled all three of my family's cars. Having to make so many decisions over the past few days has been very stressful. Both Jamik's and Robert's demeanor and compassion helped me to relax throughout the negotiating process. They, and the finance group, did all they could to get me into a car for a price and down payment that I could afford. I found the entire experience to be top notch in the customer service aspect.
