Dana Reed was very informative when she called to explain what maintenance was recommended for my truck. She was polite and knowledgeable. I know she was only doing her job by offering whatever was recommend what maintenance was recommended for my truck. She was polite and knowledgeable. I know she was only doing her job by offering whatever was recommended but I do feel like dealerships try to up sell clients on additional services when they come in for just one thing. That would be my only complaint. However when I declined the additional $450.00 of suggested service Dana was not pushy which I really appreciated! More
