The entire process went so well that we bought my wife a 2010 Camry le today. The salesman on that deal was Brian Mcfadden and he and the entire staff also did a great job with that deal. My new 2011 Toyota Sienna CE is the second Toyota I've bought from Priority Toyota of Richmond, and Paul Berry has been a fantastic help both times. My trade-in (2007 Tacoma Double Cab Prerunner I bought bought from Priority Toyota of Richmond, and Paul Berry has been a fantastic help both times. My trade-in (2007 Tacoma Double Cab Prerunner I bought as a Certified Pre-Owned through Paul last year) was valued very fairly and even a bit above my expectations. The financing process was smooth and transparent, and I felt like Paul worked to get me the best deal possible each time, not just to sell a car that day. He continually followed up to check on our satisfaction, even several months after the first sale. I have several family members in the auto retail industry, and I know from experience Priority Toyota of Richmond is lucky to have a sales consultant like him. I'm also extremely happy with my new Sienna. My wife and I have owned several Toyotas in the past and wanted to stick with the brand when we decided to purchase a minivan. We were even more apt to buy Toyota again after seeing what we feel is an unjustly targeted media campaign surrounding the recent recalls. We still believe Toyota is committed to quality, and will make the adjustments necessary to restore its reputation. Of course, I was also pleased to see the current generation of the Sienna minivan scores highly in consumer quality ratings and it really only has one close competitor. While my military service may move me out of Virginia in the next few years, my experience with Priority Toyota of Richmond definitely reinforced our commitment to Toyota as owners. More
I purhased my vehicle from Colby and he took real good care of me. I dont like buying cars because of the wheeling and dealing. I feel like a part of my best experience of car buying has left. my husband and I have come to the conclusion where Colby goes, we go. Thank you so much Colby and you will see me again. Priority Toyota let a good salesman get a way, but we know where you are so we are ok. Overall I still had a great experience at Priority, but strongly because of my salesman. More
