The best thing about this dealership was Brandon - pleasant and full of energy. He quickly answered all our questions and his answers were genuine even under the 85+ degree sun. I bought a vehicle in to trade after finding a light truck that I wanted to purchase. I had my bank pre-approval in my hand and once we reached a deal I expected to out of the show room in minutes. My first contact was with Marcus. This is when I met Mike Jackson. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and actually pointed out a couple items about the car I hadn't noticed. Mike was very helpful and perhaps tipped the scales in my mind to purchase the vehicle. On my next visit, Marcus was busy initially with another customer and Tony Ross stepped in to assist. Tony got me the price I was considering paying for the vehicle and completed my paperwork. Tony was very friendly, very helpful, and patient as he had to run around a couple times due to my circumstances. The day I completed the purchase and picked up the vehicle, Tony and Marcus were again very helpful, and there aren't enough words to describe Jack Carpenter. Jack's ability to put you at ease, his patience, helpfulness, professionalism, and ability to explain alternatives in a straight-forward manner are quite refreshing. I believe the people I dealt with are an asset to the dealership and I will look to say hello to them during my service visits. More
Tony Beamer and Tony Ross were two of the most wonderful that I ran into during my car buying process. When I entered the lot and gave them the price I was trying to pay, it seems as thought there would be that I ran into during my car buying process. When I entered the lot and gave them the price I was trying to pay, it seems as thought there would be nothing on the lot that I could afford, but that wasn't true. The two Tomy's did everything they could to get me the car I wanted and even let me drive it home. Aside from being friendly and personal in the process they educated me on the process because this is my first purchase. Tony Beamer even went as far as to help me to get my aunt, who is a friend of his, to co-sign for me when I thought she wouldn't do it. I found another car at another dealership that was less expensive, however the quality of service that I have and will continue to receive at Priority could not compare. Again, I cannot stress enough how wonderful these gentlemen were to me and how much I appreciate them. They are wonderful salesmen and wonderful gentlemen. More
I make an appointment and drop my car off sometime two hours ahead. I go back to pick it up and for the last 5 visits I am told that it will be a few minutes. Last time a few minutes turned into 2 hours and this time 1 1/2 hours? Why do I bother to make an appointment? Also when I went to have my car serviced at 20,000 I was told that I needed to buy new tires? I was just the unlucky one that got the tires that are programed to go bad in short distances most of the tires on their cars were this other brand. But I walked the lot and every car on the lot had the same tires. I put good tires on the car and drove for 80,000 miles on that set so can't be the way that I drive or maintain my tires. Is this a message on the quality of the car, cause that is what it said to me. Extended Warranty translates to absolute waste of money worthless as the paper it was written on. CD player doesn't like to load, and never has liked to load asked about it and was told they don't repair them they just replace them for $600 so for the entire time I have had this car I have had to smack the dashboard to get the thing to load about half of the time. Plastic latch broke on the door on the dash $100 and the comment these things break all the time I have such a sour taste in my mouth. Windows like to roll themselves down have asked them to be checked and was told that the sound that I was hearing was something in the door panel compartment. More
