When I walked toward the Priority Toyota dealership I was greeted and asked to be helped immediately. Markus was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew going into Priority before hand what I wanted, what I was looking for. I explained to Markus that I wanted a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with xyz and he delivered. He also gave me another option for a 2005 Toyota Tundra, which was nice, however the truck did not have the fuel mileage that I was looking for, nor the transmission. Markus gave me another option to think about, which was good for the price that was advertised on the truck. I appreciate the other options that were offered to me and my wife to expand our truck buying experience. The paperwork and financing part of the truck buying experience was great it did not take as long as I thought it would. Everyone was moving at a highly expeditious pace to get me and my wife moving. The fact that Priority Toyota is a one stop shop really impressed me the most, because my insurance and vehicle license plates were all given to me from one location, which saves a lot of time and effort on my part. Overall my wife and I were very pleased by the professionalism that Markus displayed and the effectiveness and efficiency that which Priority Toyota operates. If I were asked where to buy a Toyota I would most definitely recommend Priority Toyota. More
My 11 year Rav4 was totaled and it was difficult to have to find a new car in a short amount of time. Ben Sanders and Antoine Owens made the experience extremely easy and their willingness to got the extra to find a new car in a short amount of time. Both individuals exhibited exceptional customer service. They offered suggestions but never pushed for the sale. These two individuals were there to answer questions and found the answers quickly with a smile. Chad (finance) was very easy to work with, never rushing us and acted as if we were his only customer for that day. I commend these three individuals and will highly recommend them to anyone that I know will be looking to buy a new/used vehicle. At first, I was disappointed at Priority's Customer Service. I was taken advantage of by an outside sales team at the Priority Toyota in Colonial Heights. I explained my situation to Mr. Dave Perno, and he was helpful in helping me out of the unfortunate situation that I was put in. When I came in to trade in the vehicle that was sold to me when I was taken advantage of, Mr. Elwood Burrus, Mr. Louis Lucas, and Mr. Jack Carpenter were all very nice and took very good care of me. I highly recommend Priority Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
My daughter bought her first new car her on her own. They oversold special warranty and insurance items fully knowing they were charging too much at a high interest rate, they will take you for all they They oversold special warranty and insurance items fully knowing they were charging too much at a high interest rate, they will take you for all they can get. When she tried to cancell the life and disability insurance they forced on her it never went through. Do not trust them on their word. She paid $ 900 for GAP insurance and they still has not settled on the 2,000 remaining on the loan in the 2 months since they were contacted. Each time we contacted them they were confused and inefficient. The only feedback was to keep making your payments. If you buy here do not finance with them, they are snakes. More
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPROEFESSIONAL, AND RUDE...My husband and I just purchased a used vehicle from Priority Toyota on 12/21/10. Unfortunately, we smelled fuel coming into the cabin and the vehicle st husband and I just purchased a used vehicle from Priority Toyota on 12/21/10. Unfortunately, we smelled fuel coming into the cabin and the vehicle started to make a loud noise after we left priority. It was approximately 9pm when we observed this and contacted the service dept on 12/22/10 and was scheduled an appointment for 12/27/10. Priority Toyota had my husband waiting for three hours and did not resolve the issue. Carlton Chadwick informed my husband we did not have a warranty since our vehicle was purchased from Ebay. Ebay...we purchased this vehicle from Priority Toyota and we have all the paperwork stating this vehicle was purchased from Priority Toyota on 2000 Walthall Center Drive, Chester, VA 23834 on 12/21/10. Not only does this vehicle come with a 30 day...1,000 miles warranty but we purchased the extended warranty. Also, Carlton Chadwick told my husband to wait 30 days and take the vehicle to another dealership for the repairs. Interesting, because the warranty for Priority Toyota expires in 30 days. I contacted Carlton again 12/28/10 requesting for the vehicle to be repaired and was informed per Michael Jackson our vehicle will not be repaired. He kept bringing up Ebay. I've never purchased anything in my life from Ebay. Besides what did Ebay have to do with us? Carlton stated he was going by what Michael Jackson stated even though I was looking at my warranty information and Buyer's Guide. How can Michael Jackson make the decision not to honor a contract provided by his place of business? I've read all our paperwork thoroughly, including the BUYER'S GUIDE. There's a check located in the warranty box. As of today, my vehicle still reaps of gas and is making a loud noise and NO assistance from Priority Toyota. This is the absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life. More
I went to this dealership convinced that I would be lucky to by a cheap used car, but after living for years with cars that were old and undependable I really wanted something that would be trustworthy for a to by a cheap used car, but after living for years with cars that were old and undependable I really wanted something that would be trustworthy for at least a couple of years. We have had a spotty credit record since the economy tanked and I went in with a very specific limit to what we could spend per month. We were in a position of HAVING to buy a car, because our last one had just lost its transmission, so we felt kind of at the mercy of the dealership and we had visited a couple of other dealerships that seemed to confirm that feeling. From the time we arrived at Priority we felt that they had our interests at heart as much as their own. We were told that there may be some creative ways of doing the financing so that we could keep our payment low, and they worked with both of our credit scores to see which way would be the best to apply. As it turned out, we were able to buy a new Toyota Yaris, 0% interest, 70,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, all oil changes and state inspections free for as long as we owned the car, and all scheduled maintainence covered for the first 25,000 miles! And they covered the first two payments, so that we don't have a payment due until March 1, 2011! We left having had the best experience either of us have ever had with a car dealership. I have recommended Prioriy Toyota and Mr.Stone to everyone I see, they have been great. More
