They lied and said that it was changed and that the oil was black because I drove it home, which is less than 5 miles away. So after speaking to the manger they did finally admit that it wasn't changed because it was a month to early. They have very inexperienced young teenagers working there and not enough qualified techs because they're money hungry and too cheap. More

We met with Thurman at 6pm, September 26. Thurman was everything you hope for in a car salesman. He took the time to demonstrate all of the car's features, answer all of our questions and helped us get a very good deal. He assisted us in transferring our belongings to our new car. We left the dealership a little after 9:30pm. About 10:00pm we received a text from Thurman ensuring we had made it home safely-?? We have two minor issues: first, the vehicle inspection expires February 2016, just four months after the purchase (no biggie as inspections are free at Priority dealerships); and second, about a month after taking delivery, we were washing the car and noticed that were missing a rooftop antenna, we contacted the dealership and were informed that the car was delivered with the antenna and a replacement would cost $59-Thurman suggested we look into after-market (price range 10 to $20). Today we received a call from the manger at Priority and they'll be replacing the missing antenna!!!?? More

It's a way of doing business". I can tell you first hand that customer service is NOT a priority. It took them a week to fix my car. They never answer the phone when you call the "service adviser". I had to keep leaving messages just to try and get an update on my car. I ended up going there in person to get answers from the service manager. The sad thing is nobody ever apologized or said we’re sorry for the poor customer service experience. I feel sorry for people who have "priorities for life". I'll be filing a complaint with Toyota Corporate. More

Terrible Way to Do Business I had been looking for a specific used car for months. I finally found it at Priority Toyota. Lori, their internet manager, called me to confirm tha I had been looking for a specific used car for months. I finally found it at Priority Toyota. Lori, their internet manager, called me to confirm that the vehicle was in stock. I told her that I lived almost 3 hours away but that I was leaving immediately to drive down there, at which point she confirmed a 1pm appointment for me to buy the car. When I arrived after driving 3 hours straight, I was told the car had been sold 30 minutes prior to me getting there. Lori didn't seem to care that I drove 3 hours just to have her sell the car out from under me. It's bad enough that this happened but she couldn't have even called to tell me before I got all the way there? I know dealers usually don't hold used cars but you don't tell someone to drive 3 hours and then sell the car before they get there. This was a very horrible, unprofessional experience and I will make sure none of my friends or family in the area ever do business with this group. More

I believe I was working with someone named Russell in service. He was professional, kind, and the problems were corrected <30 minutes. I was stunned given this is a high volume dealership. The bottom line is that I can't complain about a dealership that puts me first. I'd rather have a car with problems and dealer focused on the customer vs. a great car with a dealer who cares only about the bottom line. Jacy is still the GM and his people are a reflection of his leadership. I will revisit the dealership in April and provide the next update in May. More

I have never received better service from anyone on any type of purchase let alone a new vehicle. Mike Nesmith made our purchase so easy and stress free! I left my house on Saturday not expecting to come home with a new vehicle at all, just too look, but Mike made my experience so great and made sure I found exactly what I wanted, I couldn't pass it up!! I knew Michael was new in the business of selling vehicles but I soon realized he takes his job very serious as well as treats his cusfomers with the utmost dignity. I had mentioned to Michael that I sure would like to get a good used Tacoma during a brief conversation weeks earlier. Well, he didn't forget. As soon as Michael received a Tacoma that fit the description of what I wanted, he immediately called me. I had almost given up my search until his call. I feel Michael proved his dedication and loyalty to me as a potential customer by remembering that one conversation we had weeks before and remained true to his word. "I'll find you a truck that you want" He did! He helped me receive a solid trade-in on my 2009 matrix as well as help reduce the price of the Tacoma to what I was willing to pay. Michael definitely changed my opinion of car salesman for the better. I can't thank him enough for the help that day but also for the follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied with the used trucks performance. You don't find customer service like this every day.
