We found the vehicle that we were looking for on their website so we stopped by to look at it after we left the gym. Granted, I was in shorts, a t-shirt and running shoes, but I stood there and stared at website so we stopped by to look at it after we left the gym. Granted, I was in shorts, a t-shirt and running shoes, but I stood there and stared at Antonio for about two minutes and then he turned around and walked inside. He did hold the door open for me and after another minute of staring at him inside he asked if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for and that I had seen it on the website, that I had cash and if everything was good with the car I planned on buying it. Apparently the vehicle was actually not at the dealer the website listed it at, it was five hours away. They said that I could still get the internet price if I wanted to deal with the dealer five hours away. He told me that he could have it brought up, but that would probably add $1k to the price. He was very unwilling to do anything to help. When I returned home, I sent them a message about the experience and asking further about the car. I received a response three days later telling me that I can get a guaranteed trade in price if I use Autotrader. I'm not trading anything in. Apparently they don't even read their emails. My wife also sent them a message. They replied to her that they had the vehicle and would like to set up a test drive for her the next day. We went along. She asked about a dozen times, are you sure that you have the car, I don't want to have to pack my kids up and come down there if it's gone. She was assured every time that it was on the lot, they had "personally touched it." She called the morning on the "test drive," and was told that it was sold, but they had some other great deals that she should come look at. MORONS, shady morons. More
We purchased a certified rav4 from Prioty Toyota January of 2010. January of 2011 we needed a repair done that we were told was not covered under warrenty even though we had purchased an extended warrenty f of 2010. January of 2011 we needed a repair done that we were told was not covered under warrenty even though we had purchased an extended warrenty from the same Toyota dealership. The repair was done and sometime later my husband was following behind me and noticed the drivers side rear tire was at an angle. Due to convenience and time we took it to another Toyota dealership to look at it. They found a loose tie rod, drivers side rear had been aligned and left loose. They had to do another alignment. they also discovered the work done was indeed covered under our extended warrenty and they got us a refund from Toyota. We then called and made an appointment to take the vehicle back up to Priority to discuss the issue, show the wear on the tire and give them copies of all paper work done by both dealerships. The service department manager was in a meeting the whole time we were there. We left all paperwork and was told he would call us back later. We never heard from him or anyone else. We have left messages on voice mails, have spoke to people who promised they would relay messages and someone would call us back. No one has called us back and no one seems to care. It's funny how important you are when they want to make a sale but how after thats done and all you want is good service, proper work done and just a simple return call and some answers no one is there for you. Keep your donuts and manicures and just give good customer service and treat us as good as you did when you wanted our sale. More

Bob Saunders authorized it to be fixed while he was the Genl Mgr at Nissan, the problems continued and he is now Genl Mgr at Toyota but coordinated with J.C, Poole at Nissan to get this problem finally fixed at a Ford dealership. My hats off to Priority for following thru despite a change in Mgrs. It's all to obvious why Priority is soon to have a Volkswagen dealership. Priority is customer oriented and takes care of the customer long after the sale. I will definitely do business with Priority in the future. More

If I could rate the experience 10+ I would. We sold our 2005 Avalon to Priority recently. The sale was quick, smooth, professional and exactly as promised. When I walked toward the Priority Toyota dealership I was greeted and asked to be helped immediately. Markus was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew going into Priority before hand what I wanted, wh was greeted and asked to be helped immediately. Markus was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew going into Priority before hand what I wanted, what I was looking for. I explained to Markus that I wanted a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with xyz and he delivered. He also gave me another option for a 2005 Toyota Tundra, which was nice, however the truck did not have the fuel mileage that I was looking for, nor the transmission. Markus gave me another option to think about, which was good for the price that was advertised on the truck. I appreciate the other options that were offered to me and my wife to expand our truck buying experience. The paperwork and financing part of the truck buying experience was great it did not take as long as I thought it would. Everyone was moving at a highly expeditious pace to get me and my wife moving. The fact that Priority Toyota is a one stop shop really impressed me the most, because my insurance and vehicle license plates were all given to me from one location, which saves a lot of time and effort on my part. Overall my wife and I were very pleased by the professionalism that Markus displayed and the effectiveness and efficiency that which Priority Toyota operates. If I were asked where to buy a Toyota I would most definitely recommend Priority Toyota. More
My 11 year Rav4 was totaled and it was difficult to have to find a new car in a short amount of time. Ben Sanders and Antoine Owens made the experience extremely easy and their willingness to got the extra to find a new car in a short amount of time. Ben Sanders and Antoine Owens made the experience extremely easy and their willingness to got the extra mile resulted in my husband and I walking out with a new car the first day we began to shop. Both individuals exhibited exceptional customer service. They offered suggestions but never pushed for the sale. These two individuals were there to answer questions and found the answers quickly with a smile. Chad (finance) was very easy to work with, never rushing us and acted as if we were his only customer for that day. I commend these three individuals and will highly recommend them to anyone that I know will be looking to buy a new/used vehicle. Once again, Toyota has won my Loyalty with a great product and people who go the extra mile to show they care. Sincerely, Terra Carpenter More
At first, I was disappointed at Priority's Customer Service. I was taken advantage of by an outside sales team at the Priority Toyota in Colonial Heights.
