We took a test drive, and then my salesperson, Angela, proceeded to show me many features that I already knew about from the rigorous product research that I had already done. She then brought to my attention some that I hadn't known about for that vehicle, including some safety features that I actually teach about in a lesson about crash testing cars. She was pointing out things I had just finished covering in a Powerpoint presentation at a nearby middle school. Her knowledge was spot-on, especially considering she has only been with this dealer a short time. I was very impressed, especially since she never once tried to BS me like some other salespeople I had dealt with at another dealership. I ended up driving the car back to my house and picked up my surprised wife, who accompanied me back to Priority. After some more discussion, we made the purchase at a great price, and drove home in our new RAV 4! More

I called ahead and told them my mother was ill and could not be sitting in an open lobby area for long and was week and needed some special assistance due to her cancer treatment - they were phenomenal in every way ! Top notch in the service lane too ! Lovely people ! Fair prices ! Very compassionate and very knowledgable about a car that would suit our needs for a person needing to hail a wheel chair and medical equipment for awhile . Very pleased with Taung the sales person in Toyota and Jaycee the GM . Also service lane has been excellent for a used Lincoln I purchased for myself! I feel like a guest in someone's home when I go to Priority Richmond ! Becka More

One caught fire, one was damaged when they sold it to us and the final one was not registered for 6 months. We contacted the Dealer Board and an investigation was launched. We were told by them that we could return the car for breach of contract, which we did non August 9, 2016. To date, there is still no resolution to this problem and the car is currently in their possession. Talked to Dave Perno, President of Priority Toyota, on August 18, said he would contact me on Monday, August 22. Have not heard back from them. Expected more from a so called "reputable business". Priority Service Sucks!! Scammers!! Don't take your car here they nickel and dime you for everything. Priorities for life is a joke, it's just a way for them to up sell and make more money off you. I took my car there for a "free oil change" and picked it up and they didn't even change it. They lied and said that it was changed and that the oil was black because I drove it home, which is less than 5 miles away. So after speaking to the manger they did finally admit that it wasn't changed because it was a month to early. They have very inexperienced young teenagers working there and not enough qualified techs because they're money hungry and too cheap. More
Outstanding salesman and deal Last September we were looking for a new Venza with dark exterior and light interior after over three weeks of looking we found what we wanted online Last September we were looking for a new Venza with dark exterior and light interior after over three weeks of looking we found what we wanted online at Priority Toyota Chester VA, roughly 70 miles from our home. We met with Thurman at 6pm, September 26. Thurman was everything you hope for in a car salesman. He took the time to demonstrate all of the car's features, answer all of our questions and helped us get a very good deal. He assisted us in transferring our belongings to our new car. We left the dealership a little after 9:30pm. About 10:00pm we received a text from Thurman ensuring we had made it home safely-?? We have two minor issues: first, the vehicle inspection expires February 2016, just four months after the purchase (no biggie as inspections are free at Priority dealerships); and second, about a month after taking delivery, we were washing the car and noticed that were missing a rooftop antenna, we contacted the dealership and were informed that the car was delivered with the antenna and a replacement would cost $59-Thurman suggested we look into after-market (price range 10 to $20). Today we received a call from the manger at Priority and they'll be replacing the missing antenna!!!?? More
Poor Customer Service I had a terrible service experience with this dealership and will NEVER go back. I would also recommend that no one purchase a car here. Their log I had a terrible service experience with this dealership and will NEVER go back. I would also recommend that no one purchase a car here. Their logo is "Priority is not just a name. It's a way of doing business". I can tell you first hand that customer service is NOT a priority. It took them a week to fix my car. They never answer the phone when you call the "service adviser". I had to keep leaving messages just to try and get an update on my car. I ended up going there in person to get answers from the service manager. The sad thing is nobody ever apologized or said we’re sorry for the poor customer service experience. I feel sorry for people who have "priorities for life". I'll be filing a complaint with Toyota Corporate. More

I had called to confirm their hours that had loaded from a Google search and the woman on the phone confirmed they were open until 9pm. We drove an hour to find that they were closed and the posted hours on the door stated 7pm. We will never make the drive here again. They have lost our business. More
