Dana Reed was very informative when she called to explain what maintenance was recommended for my truck. She was polite and knowledgeable. I know she was only doing her job by offering whatever was recommend what maintenance was recommended for my truck. She was polite and knowledgeable. That would be my only complaint. However when I declined the additional $450.00 of suggested service Dana was not pushy which I really appreciated! More
