I arrived at my scheduled time and was met by Mr. Stuart Winstead who greeted me and together we checked my car for any damage. He said to meet him inside. I was there for routine maintenance. He ask if I would wait or leave my car and I said I will wait in the lobby. He asked if I would like my car washed and I said yes. Once they did the regular maintenance Mr. Winstead came to the lobby and recommended a couple of things to keep my 2012 Toyota Camry in top running condition. I agreed and he said it would be about 45 minutes. I bought my car from this dealership and have had regular maintenance. Mr Winstead was friendly and professional and I felt confident that his recommendation was genuine when he explained the reason for the two maintenance recommendations. He made my experience excellent. More

Stewart Winstead handled my issues with patience and follow through. I had the very first less than satisfactory experience for regular oil change and some filter checks, & tire rotations. Some things follow through. I had the very first less than satisfactory experience for regular oil change and some filter checks, & tire rotations. Some things just did not get done. When I called about it Stewart got the call as the service person had left the company over the weekend! He got me back in for that service and some additional work I decided on as well. I have been very happy with Loyalty as my Toyota "go to" even though they are by far not the closest to me. There will always at times be problems/issues, it is how a company and the employees handle them that make the difference. More
