I have now bought two cars from this dealership, my first in 2005 and my second last month, March 2010. The customer service is amazing! When I bought my first car, I lived nearby. Service I had gotten do in 2005 and my second last month, March 2010. The customer service is amazing! When I bought my first car, I lived nearby. Service I had gotten done there was also excellent. Now I live 45 minutes away in West End Richmond but have had such horrible experience at the Victory Nissan here that I refuse to go there. I admit, I fit the stereotype of a girl who knows nothing about cars. However, I know enough to realize when something's not working properly, so when I went to Victory Nissan and was treated as my stereotype, I became angry. This happened several times. I said I would never buy another Nissan if it meant dealing with them. When it came to buying a new car last month, I really liked what I had read about the Nissan Rogue. I drove down to Colonial Heights to test drive it at Priority Nissan because I knew the people were friendly and knowledgable and they never treated me as if I had no clue what I was doing. Robert was fabulous! He never once pressured me into buying the car, he was extremely flexible with my needs and wants, and he has followed up with me a couple times since my purchase to make sure that I'm happy with it (and I am!). Hands down, this Nissan dealership is the best in Metro-Richmond. More
I went in to register my 2002 Nissan Sentra for the Priority for Life program at this particular dealership and this gentleman walks out in a pink shirt with the confidence of a salesman and a smile th Priority for Life program at this particular dealership and this gentleman walks out in a pink shirt with the confidence of a salesman and a smile that could melt an iceburg. The conversation was easy and the process was even easier and two days later I'm still wondering how it happened. As I sit here writing this review, I'm looking out my window with a smile on my face because I'm really happy with the car and the decision to buy it. Why? Because I deserve it. With much respect and gratitude to William Stone at Priority Nissan in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Barbara Ward More
